His brother Shovik, however, has not been denied any kind by the Bombay High Court. Another court extended his judicial custody till 20 October yesterday. Mumbai:  The investigation into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput will not be transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said on Wednesday.
