Sanjay Dutt's wife Maanayata warns against "inappropriate rumors" about her health - read statement

 New Delhi: Actor Sanjay Dutt's wife Maanayata has thanked well-wishers for worrying about her husband's health and has repeated his request to refrain from announcing on Tuesday that she worked for medical treatment on Tuesday.

61-year-old Sanjay Dutt was taken to the hospital on August 8 on a complaint of shortness of breath. He was discharged two days later. On Tuesday, Mr. Dutt announced on his social media accounts that he would take a break from work for medical reasons and asked fans not to speculate about his health.

On Saturday, Sanjay Dutt announced in a tweet that he was in hospital and his COVID-19 test was negative.
