Rajasthan women can travel free in-state buses on Raksha Bandhan

Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Thursday announced free travel for girls and women in-state roadways buses on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

Raksha Bandhan is falling on 3 August this year.

No fare will be charged from passengers in general and express buses of Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (except AC, Volvo and All India Permit buses) within the state.

According to a release, women and girls will be able to get free ride in the buses of Jaipur City Transport Services Limited.
